Mission Statment
The mission of the Westmoor Homeowners Association is to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community in Westmoor through effective and efficient management of the Association, enforcement of covenants to preserve property values, maintenance of our common areas, communication with and advocacy for our members, sound financial stewardship, and other initiatives that sustain the values and attributes that make Westmoor a unique and desirable place to live.
The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. The Westmoor subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family.

The Westmoor Owners Association is proud to be your resource for information about the Westmoor subdivision in beautiful Willow Spring, North Carolina. The Association governs our residential community to ensure that each owner/resident abides by the covenants and bylaws set forth by the Association.
Located just east of intersection of Bud Lipscomb Rd. and Kennebec Rd.
